My comprehensive knowledge in the real estate industry includes familiarity with the housing markets, property values, & available inventory. My 45 years full time provides rich experience in nearly every situation that could arise; providing our clients a huge asset as we negotiate each transaction. As I approach retirement, my wife Joan is now the lead agent. She has been licensed for over 40 years & full time for the last 12. She will serve as the lead broker with my expertise & coaching to back her up. In addition, Joan has competed her ASP designation, & will assist you as an Accredited Staging Professional to professionally stage your home for sale. This summer, we will celebrate our 48th wedding anniversary. We are the parents of 5 adult children. One of our greatest pleasures right now is the role of grandparents. We have 16 beautiful grandchildren ranging in age from 22 to 2, two joining us via adoption from Ethiopia! Our family of 7 has exploded to include 4 daughter-in laws, a son-in law as well as our grandchildren. We`re delighting in watching our family multiply & seeing our kids discover God`s unique plan for their lives! Together, we`re passionate about the outdoors and enjoy camping & biking in the summer, an annual trip to the sunny shores of Maui, & love to cruise. We enjoy traveling to visit our out of state kids & their families. We are actively involved in the community, Rick has been involved witha Mt Baker Rotary Club & served on the School Board of Lynden Christian as well as a council member of Sonlight Community Church in the recent past. We are both actively involved in our church.
